Hi angels, and happy autumn ♡

Every year I cannot believe when we've reached near the end of it. Fall really is such a beautiful time for reflection and transition. Change is inherent in life and often necessary, and whether it's celebratory or shattering, it's worth trying to embrace, or make friends with, I suppose.

Anyway, I wanted to give a little glimpse into a Saturday in my life, in the middle of September. I started my day visiting the farmers market with my fiancé. I love strolling through, checking out the booths and supporting local vendors, feeling like we're in Stardew Valley. My recent hauls have included raspberry jam, microgreens with edible flowers, and chamomile lavender tea (along with a heart shaped spoon infuser).

It's finally the coziest time of the year, angels! A crisp chill in the air, leaves transforming and cascading, the smells of apple, pumpkin, and cinnamon. Fall~ or as my brown tabby cat is named after, Autumn~ is here.

One of my favorite things about fall is how everything feels more romantic, like baking. Last night, I couldn't decide between banana bread or oatmeal cookies, so I did a combination of both. The recipe is super easy, and it was the perfect solution to my cravings.
